Can I buy individual pairs or do I need to subscribe?

Yes! You can buy our tights on a one-off basis or subscribe, just select your preferred option on the product page.  You will get 10% off for subscribing.

How do I start a subscription?

All our tights are available on a subscription basis, just select the subscription option on the products page. There is also a handy infographic showing how the process works on our home page  but we are always here to help if needed, just drop us an email at customers@tightsclub.co.uk

Can I have more than one product on my subscription?

Yes, you can add more than one subscription to your basket just like you would in a normal online store. You can also choose how many pairs of tights you would like to receive each month by selecting your quantity on the subscription product page.

I don’t need new tights every month, can I pick a different schedule?

Yes! You can choose to receive your tights every month, every second month or every third month. You can also change the frequency if your original choice is no longer working for you.  Spacing out your deliveries is also a great way to manage your subscription if you don’t wear tights all year round.

I don't wear tights all year round, what should I do?

You can either pause your subscription over the summer or set your delivery frequency to every 2 or 3 months and stay prepared for when it gets colder but without receiving too may pairs over the year.

What countries do you ship to?

For now we only ship to the United Kingdom.

Do you cater for male customers?

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive company and therefore welcome members and customers of any gender or sex.

When will I get my tights?

Standard delivery is 3 – 5 days from the date of order. If you have a subscription, your tights will be sent out the same date each month you are due to receive them.

Next day delivery through Royal Mail 24.  Note orders made after 1pm on Saturday and all Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

You will be charged on the same day you signed up in each month you receive tights.

Is there a charge for delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders.

Next day delivery is £2.99 and free for orders over £30.

How does your fit and feel guarantee work?

If you are not happy with the fit of our tights, having chosen the correct size on the basis of our size guide, or are not happy with the feel of the tights when worn then we will give you a full refund, excluding any shipping costs (standard shipping is free!) and without requiring the products to be returned to us.  Please contact us at customers@tightsclub.co.uk so that we can process your refund.

Can I change my subscription once I've signed up?

You can make most changes such as changing size, colour or the number of items you receive each month as well as pausing your subscription or changing your delivery schedule through your online account here. Note that to pause you need to hit the ‘Suspend’ button.

You can always drop us a line at customers@tightsclub.co.uk if there is anything you need help with or if you’d just like us to make the change.

If you want to receive an entirely different product you can either cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe to the new product or email us and we can make that change for you.

I’ve run out of tights, can I get my next subscription early?

Yes, just hit the ‘renew now’ button in your account. This will being forward your next subscription date. You will then go back to your normal schedule (this means that the time between when you receive your early tights and the next time you receive your tights will be a little longer than usual).

Going away or don't wear tights during the summer?

You can pause your subscription any time through your online account here (hit ‘Suspend’). Or if you’d rather you can send us an email and we can do it for you.

How do I update my billing/shipping information?

It’s very easy, just log into your account here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We will be sad to see you go, but you can unsubscribe simply by logging into your account and hitting the cancel button or by dropping us an email at customers@tightsclub.co.uk.

I don’t know which colour will suit me, can I have a sample?

Unfortunately, we can’t send you sample colours but if for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products just let us know and we will send you a replacement free of charge or give you a full refund.

I'm not happy with the tights, can I get a refund?

If you’re not happy with the products or the service then drop us an email to customers@tightsclub.co.uk within 30 days of dispatch and we will be happy to arrange a refund for you or a replacement pair if you’d prefer.  You won’t have to send the pair you’re not happy with back but please do if you want us to recycled them.

Is my information secure?

We process all payments through Stripe or Paypal. Our site will never hold your payment information and all information is passed through industry standard SSL encryption.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can process all major cards via Stripe or Paypal.

Do you have a recycling scheme?

Yes! All the details of our recycling scheme can be found here. You can also recycle clean tights at local textile banks
